Subpart 505.1 - Dissemination of Information

If the acquisition is for real property appraisal services estimated to cost $25,000 or more and is not exempt under FAR 5.202 or GSAR 505.202, then the contracting officer must publicize the proposed acquisition in FedBizOpps.
