Two Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Proposed Rules published in the Federal Register this week:

1. FAR case 2018-007, Applicability of Inflation Adjustments of Acquisition-Related Thresholds, published in the Federal Register on June 24, 2019. Comments for this case are due by August 23, 2019; and

2. FAR case 2018-003, Credit for Lower-Tier Small Business Subcontracting, published in the Federal Register on June 26, 2019. Comments for this case are due by August 26, 2019
