Service Contract Inventory

Section 743 of Division C of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 Consolidated Appropriations Act (31 USC 501 note) and 10 USC 2330a (renumbered at 10 USC 4505) require agencies to prepare and review inventories of their service contracts.  The reviews help inform agency managers whether contractors are being used appropriately or if rebalancing the workforce may be needed.  In addition to the agency reviews, the process includes extracting contract data from the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) and the System for Award Management (SAM).  The consolidated output file is posted for public use at the link below.
